A catalog name identifies the inquiry family; it does not promise a particular material, fit or decoration outcome. Describe the crown profile, brim, size or adjustment method, requested composition and intended wearer group. State the logo revision, dimensions in cm or in and placement locations.
Give quantity in pieces or dozens and split the total by colorway. Include your US destination, required receipt date, individual packaging and carton mix. Suppliers should confirm MOQ by variant, sample charges, setup and freight scope. A pack ratio needs to be consistent across the compared offers.
For a physical sample, ask for the proposed construction with the actual decoration. Review artwork alignment, seam crossings, closure function and adjustment range against the brief. Durability or wash behavior requires an agreed method and exact-item evidence; a catalog photo cannot establish either.
Budget and supplier tier are optional buyer preferences. State the currency and per-unit or whole-order basis without needing a current quotation. A lower unit price may exclude setup or packaging; compare total procurement scope after these assumptions match.
For replenishment, identify the reference hat and artwork version. Ask whether each supplier is proposing the same crown construction and closure. A changed fabric, logo position or carton mix may require a different sample and cost comparison. Keep these changes visible in the inquiry rather than treating similar product names as equivalent specifications.
